These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of Langivolearning.com and to any digital product you buy through it (together, the "Services"). Langivo Learning ("Langivo," "we," "us," or "our") operates the site.

Using the site or placing an order means you've read these Terms and agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

You need to be 18 or older to buy from us, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you're confirming you're able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. What You're Buying and How You Get It

Every product we sell is digital and delivered electronically — nothing is shipped physically.

Once your payment clears, we'll make your materials available by email, through your account, or as a direct download. Delivery is essentially immediate, which is worth keeping in mind when you read Section 5.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless we say otherwise, and don't include any taxes that may apply where you live.

Payment is handled through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. Please make sure the billing details you enter are accurate and current.

We may change prices, run or end promotions, and add or retire products at any time without advance notice. Changes won't affect orders you've already completed.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and available instantly, refund eligibility is limited. Full details — including our 15-day money-back guarantee and its conditions — are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

If you're ordering from the EU or UK: by asking for immediate access to digital content at checkout, you acknowledge that the standard withdrawal (cooling-off) period no longer applies once you've accessed or downloaded the content. Rights that can't be waived under the law where you live still stand.

6. Your License to Use Our Content

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it yourself, for your own non-commercial learning.

Please don't:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the content
  • Post or upload it to any platform, public or private, including file-sharing sites
  • Copy, modify, or build derivative works from it
  • Use it commercially, or for classroom, tutoring, or training purposes, without our written permission

Doing any of the above is a material breach of these Terms and may end your access.

7. Ownership of Our Content

Everything we produce and publish through the Services — course materials, ebooks, written text, audio, video, graphics, page layouts, site design, and branding — is original work owned by Langivo Learning or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Using, copying, or distributing it without authorization is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. "Lifetime Access" Products

Where a product is described as offering "lifetime access," that means access for as long as Langivo Learning continues to operate the platform — not the purchaser's lifetime.

We can't promise the Services will exist indefinitely, and we may change, retire, or discontinue products or features where technical, legal, or business circumstances require it.

9. Availability of the Site

We work to keep the Services running smoothly, but we can't guarantee they'll always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Maintenance, updates, and technical problems can cause temporary downtime.

10. Things You Agree Not to Do

When using the Services, please don't:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
  • Try to get around security measures, paywalls, or access controls
  • Commit fraud or abuse our refund process
  • Misrepresent who you are or who you're affiliated with

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

12. No Warranties

The Services and all digital products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Language learning results depend on your own effort, time, and circumstances. We don't guarantee any particular outcome.

13. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langivo Learning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Langivo Learning harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country or state give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
